farewell, my love

If you have been following some of the conversations on Facebook and such, you probably heard a little rumor about the Minis. In case you’re wondering, the rumors are true: the Minis are going bye-bye. I’m not quite sure why the Fluevog gods have decided to take away my favorite family. However, I guess all good things come to an end – including my favorite Fluevogs. Instead of mourning the loss of my beloved Minis, I am simply praying to the Fluevog gods that there are incredible things coming ahead. In fact, given their popularity, I think the Kitschy Kitschy Boom Boom are becoming a viable replacement.

Our friends at the Haight Street store just contacted us to let us know about some new stock that came in. Here it goes….

Even though the Minis are going bye-bye, it doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy them – especially since many of them are on sale! Our friends at Haight Street just received a batch of the Minis. Feel free to call them to check for specific colors and sizes (what they have on hand may not be adequately reflected online).

In addition, our friends at Haight Street have received a few classic Vogs that have been out-of-stock for ages. If you’re in the market for Erika or Kathy, don’t hesitate to contact them. Our friends will be more than happy to help you out:)

(Note: If folks from other Fluevog stores are reading this and would like us to announce some stock received, please let us know. We’re more than happy to share the info!)

So… I know we’ll all miss the Minis. Which ones will you miss the most? Do you have any interesting Minis stories? Please post to comments:)

  1. so it’s true then! sigh. well, i love the minis i have and am glad i got some before they went away (i just wish they made the other ones in my size).

  2. I used to not like the Minis, then I bought the Elifs in green, the Zazas in purple/orange, then the Qtee in black/white, then the Hotcakes and the Sugars 🙂 I was never interested in the rest of the family except for the mini Dolls, the Honeys and the Bebes I think(I’ll look them up on ebay).

It’s a very stylish and comfortable family and I will be sad to see it go. IMHO, the minis are suitable to wider feet but I wore them anyway and the Kitschy family is not very suitable to my narrow feet but I am sure I will be buying them too, the colours are too irresistible.

  3. Hi Ladies!

Yes Dany, I agree that Minis definitely suit wide feet. I guess that’s why I love them so much. I have the KKBB Vivs that I like. However, I don’t think I love them the way I love the Minis. I do like that the KKBB family is lower. These days, I’m really liking the lower heels. I am looking forward to seeing the future of the KKBB and of other possible new families. I really like how the KKBB | Joy looks like and I can’t wait to see them in other colors. Yes, I love the Minis and I’m sad they’re going away:(

  4. This makes me sad, but I will wait patiently for an EPIC comeback!!! Love my minis! I have the Blue Dollface, red/black Lily Darling, Black Gorgeous, Green Qtee, Black Lovers, and ONE pink Elif (my dog ate the other one after only wearing it once…..). They are my fav…. 😦

  5. Hi Lisa,

YES! I remember that photo of your chewed up Elif. I dunno what I would have done. The Manpanion and I do not have pets, but he wants a dog. That photo reminds me of why I hesitate. GAH!

  6. Oh I’m so sad! I have wide feet and have been loving the the Mini family. I like the height of the heel! I only have two pairs, think I’ll invest in the Mini Lover now. Wonder if I should stick up on my replacement heels?

  7. Hi there,
We are European distributor of Fluevogs – Raspberry Heels. And I am glad to let you know that not only we carry some Mini styles that are not available at JF stores but also there are more styles of custom colored Minis coming to our store soon. So don’t cry over them, they’re still there. Cheers!

  8. Paulina, Can we order from you, here in the States?
